Ordering with SlydeBuy
SlydeBuy connects you with participating third-party retailers and coordinates delivery by an independent driver. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you start an order to the moment we Slyde by.
Choose your retailer and items
Browse participating local retailers and add items to your cart. Product names, descriptions, prices, and availability are provided and controlled by the retailer — not by SlydeBuy.
Tell us where and when
Enter your delivery address and any handoff instructions, and choose a delivery option where available (for example, a standard or a faster window). Availability depends on your area and retailer hours.
Review every charge before paying
At checkout your order is fully itemized — merchandise, delivery charge, marketplace service fee, any applicable surcharges, and any tip you choose. Your exact total is shown before you authorize payment. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
We shop your order
The retailer prepares your items. If something is unavailable, you may be offered a substitution to approve or decline where that option is supported, and unavailable items are handled per our refund policy.
A driver is dispatched
An independent driver is assigned to pick up your order and bring it to you. You'll be able to follow status updates and receive contact attempts if the driver needs to reach you.
We'll Slyde by
Your order is delivered to the address and instructions you provided. Any tip you added goes 100% to your driver and never reduces their base pay.
Multiple retailers, multiple deliveries. If your order includes items from more than one retailer, it may be fulfilled separately — with separate fees, drivers, timing, cancellations, or refunds. Details are shown at checkout and covered in our Delivery & Shipping Policy.
Three roles, clearly separated
SlydeBuy
Operates the platform, coordinates delivery, displays all charges before payment, processes payment, and provides support. SlydeBuy is not the seller of the merchandise.
The retailer
Sells the merchandise and controls product descriptions, pricing, availability, and its own return eligibility for the goods.
The driver
An independent driver who picks up and delivers your order. Tips go entirely to the driver.
