The charges that apply to your order — and your final total — are calculated and displayed on the checkout screen before you confirm.
What can make up your total
Depending on your order and delivery choices, your total may include the charges below. Merchandise prices are set by the retailer; the other charges are SlydeBuy's marketplace and delivery fees.
Merchandise
The price of the items you order, set and controlled by the third-party retailer. SlydeBuy does not set retailer product prices.
Delivery charge
Covers coordinating and completing your delivery. It's calculated from a base amount plus an amount per kilometer of distance, and can vary with the delivery option you choose (for example, a faster option costs more than an economy option).

Possible surcharges
Some orders involve extra handling and may carry an additional surcharge, always disclosed at checkout. Examples include priority handling, extended-network delivery (for retailers farther out), and cargo-related handling for oversized, heavy, long, palletized, or specially secured items, or when mechanical unloading is required.

Tips
100% of every tip goes to your driver. Tips are optional and added on top of your order. A tip never reduces a driver's base pay. You choose whether and how much to tip.
